Hiya, my name’s Nathan. I work full-time in Projects - Logistics as a Pricing Analyst.
I’m currently looking for a place to move-in from end of March or April 2026 (long-term: 6-12 month agreements).
Budget: Willing to fork out $1200-$1300 based on what’s offered (If multi-occupancy i.e. more than 2 tenants in the house/condo, budget is <$1000 though this is not preferred)
Need a private bedroom for myself, but I am fine with a shared washroom/kitchen. Open to teaming up and looking for places together too, feel free to message me whenever!
I’m a quiet & diligent person, & don’t do/host parties at home. Working 5 days a week, morning to evening.
I like to cook/bake quite a bit, so would prefer to keep things clean around as much as possible especially in shared spaces.
Would also prefer a place that’s in/close to the Milton area, somewhat close proximity to L9E 1N5 as that’s my workplace - DSV Air & Sea Inc. (I do not own a car)
