Roommate Wanted – Clean, Active, & Easygoing

I’m looking for a roommate to potentially split a 2 or 3-bedroom apartment with. A basement apartment or a house (if it’s the right price). I’m considering getting my own studio but wouldn’t mind sharing a place with the right person. My budget is between 1000-1500, so a 2000-3000 dollar property would be suitable.

About Me: I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, cooking, and going to the gym. It would be great to find a roommate with similar interests so we could do some of these things together.
