Hi, I am looking to move to Toronto in September.

I will be new to the continent, moving to work on my PhD and will more likely than not keep a part-time job on the side, so I do work a lot. I like being active and social, but I also need my downtime and personal space. Hoping to become friends with my roommate. After I get settled in, I am hoping to adopt a dog if circumstances allow it. Nothing decided yet and will definitely only do it, if a roommate is on board with having an animal.

I will stay in TO longer, but also open to subletting a room for a couple weeks/months to then move to a more permanent place. I’m pretty flexible in terms of location within a reasonable distance from downtown (<1h commute), looking for a place with natural light and enough space to wfh.
