I’m Jim. I’m seeking for a room to rent, make good friend,(s), good company, cooking, various discussions. I’m very easy to get along with.

The room must have a bed…queen sized ideally. I have my linens etc. Communal kitchen, washroom, livingroom and Internet. Flatscreen either in the room or livingroom.

I’m cannabis friendly though not a consumer. Don’t mind parties as long as they don’t go out of control. I’m very easy going. I work in the far north and basically stay in Montreal to chill and relax for a while. I’m quiet and very clean. I can do cook sharing.

These are the municipalities that would be most appropriate; Montreal Ouest, Cote St-Luc, Lachine, LaSalle, Dorval.

Essentially close to the airport since I travel to the far north for work and research. Typically, I’m away 4 to 7 months of the year but I’m wiling to keep the room all year at a negociated rate during my absence. All depending on arrangement.

I’m seeking to occupy by Friday the 18th of March or very shortly thereafter.

My budget is 450$/mth but I might be flexible depending on what the amenities are.
