Hello, I’m Lana, a 38 year old former software developer and improv teacher/performer. Right now I work on an AI training platform training AI to code and do corporate improv workshops for tech companies to pay my bills. Preference is a townhouse or home close to improv theaters or a main transit line to split with one or two other people. Preferably profesionals/adults. I don’t have a car so don’t need a parking space.

It’s important to me to communicate and have good boundaries with the person or people I’m living with. I’d love to find someone who I can be friendly with but primarily I believe it’s good to have a professional courtesy with roomates. I like to keep my home clean and clean things as I go. I have dust allergies so, especially if there’s carpets and pets I like to keep things vaccumed well and appreciate help with that. I have a good quality vaccume (Shark brand) I don’t drink or smoke. I like to play DnD but it doesn’t have to be at our place and I’m new to Vancouver/ just moving now from Ottawa! So I don’t have a regular game going yet :) I have some furnishings but don’t need to keep them all. I’d like to find space for my bed, dresser, And for my work desk, preferably in a private room, most likely my bedroom. I’m not interested in a furnished bedroom.
