Hello, I’m a software developer and improv teacher/performer from Ottawa. 38 She/her. Preference is a home or apartment close to a main transit line to split with one or two other professional adults. I’m moving here for the first time from Ottawa for greater opportunities in the tech sector and the entertainment industry. I don’t need a parking space.

It’s important to me to communicate and have good boundaries with the people I’m living with. I’d love to find someone I can be friendly with, but I believe it’s good to have a professional relationship with roommates with little personal overlap. I like to keep my home clean and clean things as I go. I have dust allergies, so I like to keep things vacuumed well. I don’t drink or smoke. I work on an AI training platform and have for over a year. I can usually make up to 1000 a week on the AI platform but, I want to transition to other sources of income. I have 12 years of software development experience. I also teach and facilitate improv and do corporate improv workshops. I’d like to be able to work in my room, so hopefully there would be a desk or room for one.
