Hey! :)

I am Leon, currently living on Portland/King in downtown Toronto and looking for a long term (min. 12 months) room/apartment from August 1st.

About me: I am originally from Germany but have also lived in Spain and South Korea before. I moved to Canada in 2022 and am about to obtain my permanent residence (finally!!). I got a pretty open mind and would say that I am easy to live with. I am extroverted and happy to have people over but mainly want my home to be a quiet and safe space to return to from the busy life in Toronto. Other than that, I love soccer, chess, philosophy (yeah a bit of a weirdo here), and organizing community events.

About you: Honestly, I am pretty adaptable so I just require the basics of respect, common sense when it comes to cleaning and noise and yeah, ideally someone to hang with too, playing FIFA or watching a series - whatever floats your boat man!

The ideal place: Since I lived in a quiet noisy area with lots of doushy people partying while I want to sleep :D, I am looking forward to a quieter area. I still want to be with relatively quick access to core downtown, so Ideally not more than 25min to King Metro station let’s say. Also bars, restaurants and cafes should be in walking distance and I’d like a safe and clean area with little-no drug addicts walking around. Leslieville or Liberty Village would therefore be perfect, but I am open for other areas too. I am open for whether it’s a condo, apartment or townhouse.
