I am a part-time freelance writer and retired Mental Health Worker that is looking for a roommate(s) or a room to move into by July 30, 2026 (or sooner). I identify as non-binary and queer, and am looking to live with others who identify similarly or are ok with this. I am responsible, introverted, and mostly keep to myself. I have various interests and hobbies (i.e. books, board games, art, music, DIY. a foodie, among other things). You can ask me more about my emotional support animal.

Living Preferences: I am looking for a team up or to find a space to rent for myself. I am looking for a place to live for a minimum of 12 months with the option to renew if we are compatible roommates. I prefer to live somewhere that does not have a ton of stairs. If its a larger building with many floors, then it needs to have an elevator. I am ok to live in a basement. The location needs to have AC for the summer and heat for the winter. Space for storage is a bonus. I prefer to live in Kitchener, but Waterloo is ok as well.

What I am Seeking: I would prefer to live with one clean and responsible person, but I could live with a couple of people if an amazing space was found that still allowed for privacy. I prefer to live with others that keep the common areas tidy. I prefer to live with people who eat a plant based diet and do not use a lot of strong fragrances (perfume, body sprays etc.) I prefer to live with others who are not loud partiers. I am usually in bed between 11pm-midnight. I am not a morning person.
