I am a part-time freelance writer and retired Mental Health Worker that is looking for a roommate(s) or a room to move into by July 30, 2026 (or sooner). I am a responsible, introverted, tidy person, and mostly keep to myself.

I am hoping to find my own space (basements are no issue for me) with my own bathroom if possible. I would like a 12 month lease with the possibility of staying longer.

I am also willing to team up with 1 or 2 people to find a space together. I am not a partier, and prefer a calmer pace of living. I prefer to live in Kitchener, but Waterloo is ok as well.

Bonus: I have a guarantor and housing references.
