Hello, I am looking for a basement suite to rent with a roommate and I have a friendly 15 year old cat. So it is just myself and my cat and looking for a roommate to rent with us. Prefer somewhere that allows the freedom to have guests over (although I would only very occasionally). About me: I am vegan, LGBTQ+ friendly and animal friendly. I am quiet, respectful of others’ space and considerate of schedules, easy-going, very clean and mostly keep to myself. My cat would most likely never leave my room as she gets anxiety with strangers. I am sensitive to body perfume/cologne and would love a harsh chemical-free environment (like bleach/oven cleaner/febreeze type stuff.) I use vinegar or mild soap to clean with. Plus used to clean for a job so I don’t mind cleaning on a regular basis. I also need a roomie that does not smoke inside the house or right at the door/windows.
