Even better if the apartment has two separate bathrooms, but also fine with sharing bathrooms. My budget is between $1000 - $1300 for the rent with as many inclusions. Willing to split utilities and internet if needed. I will need one parking spot, and willing to pay extra if not included in the rent. Preferably in unit laundry, but fine with the laundry in the building. The room or the unit can be unfurnished (I have my furniture as well).
A bit about me. I am a 28-year-old young professional. I work 5 days/wk in person. I am very respectful, clean, and quiet. Pay my bills timely. I can provide a landlord reference if needed. May occasionally have friends over, but no loud parties. I will also discuss a visit with my roommate before inviting anyone over. I am very big on clear communication and expectations. I do not smoke or use drugs, and I prefer the same for a roommate. I love outdoor activities and fitness. I also love reading.
