I’m moving into an apartment in Stratford August 1. I am looking for 1 or 2 people to rent rooms in it.

My current roommates (in London) say that I am respectful and quiet. I am reasonably clean and organized but get a bit messy when work gets super busy. My schedule varies a lot, from 6 to 16h days, out in the field. I usually have 1 work from home day. When I am home I spend time on cooking, gaming, gardening, cleaning, and reading. I like having a quiet group of friends over once a month or so.

I like roommates that are relatively quiet and enjoy each others company on occasion. If we have any issues I want to resolve them calmly and rationally. Co-hosting a regular games night could be fun. Sharing food is nice too on occasion.

I want our home to be a restful space, especially at night for sleeping. Otherwise roommates should feel comfortable with casually inviting friends over. Finally, please be open-minded as I have friends that span all ages, races, and genders.
