I am moving in to a room in Kitchener that still has 1 room available for $850.

I am respectful and quiet. I am reasonably clean and organized but get a bit messy when I get too busy. My schedule varies but I usually work from home 2-3 days a week. When I am home I spend time on cooking, gaming, gardening, cleaning, and reading. I like having a quiet group of friends over once a month or so.

I like roommates that are comfortable keeping to ourselves and also enjoy each others company on occasion. A games night could be fun. Sharing food is nice too on occasion.

I like my home home to be a restful space, especially at night for sleeping. Otherwise roommates should feel comfortable with casually inviting friends over.

If we have any issues I want to resolve them calmly and rationally. Finally, please be open-minded as I have friends that span all ages, races, and genders.
