Flexible on move date and location: Just waiting for the right situation! My preference is for Stratford. I can also do northwest of there, as far south as the North end of London. I like older style places with lots of natural light and outdoor space. I would need a parking spot, that is close to an outlet.

Respectful and quiet roommate. Reasonably clean and organized. I value sustainable living: keeping waste down, energy efficiency, etc. My schedule varies a lot, from 6 to 16h days out in the field. I do most of my socializing outside. When I am home i spend time on cooking, gaming, reading, and fitness.

Ideally would like roommate(s) that are (is) relatively quiet but can chill and have a conversation with. Sharing food is nice too on occasion. I need my home to be a restful space, especially at night for sleeping. Happy to host any number of guests that are mindful of that. Roommates and guests must be comfortable with my queerness.
