From 2023, renting, a room and have 2 roomates, plus owner & wife that live in basement. Looking for a granny suite, to suppy a presence, long-term, or a house sitting arrangement. To pay rent month to month. Ottawa has been my home for 38 years. Mature, quite, likes to cook, clean, i’m tidy, bike, walk, keeps busy, travels out of Canada for 2-6 months a year, during winter months. Have lived/travelled a lot in different parts of the world. A secure place to “park” my stuff, who’s presence helps out a home owner.
