Hi there I am looking to rent a room to a female in my current place for 1050$ plus 100 utilities. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Everything you need is already provided, I also have a bed and a dresser in the other room. I need someone to Finnish the lease with me until I move into a 2 bedroom 2 bath to accommodate my new roommate.
