Hey there! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment on North Shore Blvd E in Burlington. My sister is moving out, and I’d love to keep the apartment since the location is amazing and the space is very comfortable.
📍 Location highlights: • Lakeview bedrooms with a balcony • 3-minute walk to Spencer Smith Park • 10-minute drive to Mapleview Mall • 15-minute walk to downtown Burlington
💰 Cost: Rent + utilities would be split, approximately $1,500/month per person. It can be a bit higher during summer with AC on all the time) Parking is available in the building for an additional fee if needed.
🏡About the apartment: • Fully furnished (you would just need furniture for your bedroom) • Spacious and bright • Balcony with lake views • Shared laundry room in the building
🐶 A note: I have a large dog, so unfortunately no additional pets.
🌿 House vibe: • Cannabis is okay, but balcony only • Prefer non-smoker (cigarettes) • Friends/guests are totally fine
🙋🏻♀️ About me: I’m pretty easygoing and usually out during the day for work, home after 5 pm. I enjoy long walks with my dog in the nearby parks, wine nights with friends, watching TV shows, reading (and audiobooks), and listening to music while cooking or baking desserts. I also value my quiet time and will often hang out in my room when I need it.
I like to keep the apartment clean and organized — especially the kitchen and bathroom.
