I’m currently working in film and as a bartender on weekends. And am looking for a place near north van while still being in the city. My current landlord is re taking my space and I need to have something lined up by August first. I do circus stuff and art in my free time and love to be around people. I like to keep my space clean especially common areas and I’d expect similar. I don’t mind a little mess as long as it doesn’t get out of hand.
