I am looking to rent a two-bed main floor of a house somewhere in Nutana. I frequently check listings and would like to find a suitable roommate that would want to split the rent with me. I am a member of the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra, so I will often practice my instrument during the day at home, but am often gone in the evenings for rehearsals and performances. This would potentially be a good match for a student or young professional who is busy during the day, but would enjoy some quiet and privacy during the evenings and weekends. I consider myself to be quite clean and tidy, so I am hoping to find someone else who is as well.

I’m eager to find a place and often find properties I would really like to rent, I’m just needing a roommate that would be willing to commit to sharing the cost of rent and utilities. There are many options I have seen that would cost each person less than $1000 a month, utilities included. Please reach out if you’re interested in joining me!
