Hey, my name is Bekah, I’m 26 and work full time in hospitality & customer service. I’m currently looking for one other housemate to team up with and find a rental in Victoria starting in November 2026!

Fernwood / James Bay / Fairfield / Vic West - close surrounding neighborhoods

My budget is ideally $1,200, move in Nov 2026, looking for 1 housemate - female (25-30). looking for 12 month lease.

I’m a laid back person, I always make sure to be respectful and considerate of others schedules and belongings. I have plenty of experience with housemates after renting in Ontario, doing 2 ski seasons and 2 summer seasons within BC and also 2 years enjoying rentals in Australia.

I appreciate living in a clean space and always, always clean up after myself! I do enjoy a night out occasionally and I like to socialize with friends over dinner and drinks. I would love to be able to host a little dinner party or girls night every once in a while! My hobbies are mostly just getting outside when I can, I loooove going for walks, coffee dates, brunch, hikes, thrifting, pilates or gym - the basics really! Of course, every now and then I don’t mind having a good rot day where I get to relax and just enjoy rent and a day at home lol.

It would be really fun to find a housemate that would also like to be friends - share dinners, go for walks, catch up at the end of the day, etc:) At the same time - I also appreciate keeping the balance by having some time to myself throughout the week!
