Looking in Downtown Toronto

I’m a young professional who works in finance. When home I like to cook, wind down by watching a show and read. I’ll be WFH 2-3X a week at most, and looking for a place that has space to work in an area OUTSIDE my room. I’m looking for a place that’s clean and with someone friendly, mature and respectful, and also sociable enough to build rapport with. My budget is flexible dependent on location. Ideally my own washroom is great. FEMALE only. I’m currently studying for my professional exams so that’d be what I’d spend a good amount of my home time doing. I like to host friends over for meals once in a while. Community is important for me so need a place that my community can feel welcome in once in a while. (I’m an ambivert so while I do like to set time aside for community I like to set a lot more time aside for myself)
