I’m a community minded person who values my autonomy as well. I like structure in co-living because with that, I find things become very harmonious. For example with previous roomies we used a cleaning schedule and it made our co-living really easy. I also value friendship and collaboration. I have a great track record of being a reliable and responsible tenant and roommate, and can provide references. I have been successfully self employed for over a decade and I work full-time, away from home. I have a medium sized very well behaved (trained) female dog named Honey - she comes to work with me.
