Looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom unit. I am currently renting a 1 bedroom unit but I am finding my rent being too expensive for $1800 a month not including hydro. I am in no rush to move at this time, but if I can find the right place and roommate, I would be required to give 60 days notice.

I am ideally looking for a laid back working professional that is clean, quiet, and easy-going.

I work hybrid in office 2 days a week. I have a vehicle so parking would also be required.

Ideally, no other pets as I do have a cat that may not get along with another animal. My cat is friendly with people.
