I am quiet, approachable, and clean. I have 2 retrievers who have professional and active training: a 10 year old golden, and a 6 year old lab. Both are house, crate, and leash trained, but as they are working K9s, I am hopefully looking for a room in a home with no other dogs to reduce any chance of interrupted training/reactivity developing should something go wrong (they’re expensive dogs). That being said; they are very used to other animals, cats, rabbits, birds, livestock, etc++ and I am willing to adapt for the right opportunity.

I am immunocompromised, so safety and cleanliness are top priorities for me. There are pros and cons there- interpret that as you will, but good hygiene is a requirement for me.

I have previously worked as a federal employee up north, and now looking to relocate closer to the city. I have a large vehicle and need a full-sized, year-round parking space. I do not require a yard, though access to a fenced space to run the dogs would be ideal. They are also used to walking exclusively on-lead when not in the home due to the nature of their job(s) however, so it is not a requirement, just a preference.

I would like to find somewhere with utilities included, my budget has some wiggle-room but I do not want to have to track utilities/risk expensive surprises. Any potential roommates must be comfortable around large dogs. These are working-line dogs, they are not mean, and one will not need to handle them; but they can be a lot if you have never been around big dogs before, and are not used to the Labrador energy levels.
