I’m a new PhD student at University of Calgary in the Mechanical Engineering Department, arriving in Calgary on the 2nd of October. I’m a 27 year old Bangladeshi male looking for a furnished room near UofC, preferably a walking distance under 15 mins. Alternatively, a convenient bus route under 20 mins also works for me. I don’t have any pet or furniture with me. I will be living alone. I will not smoke, drink, or host parties in the apartment/house/room. I’m open to initiating the long term contract with short term contract first. My budget is 600 to 700 CAD. I am respectful, clean, easy-going, and not noisy.
