I’m a female business professional, in my mid-30s. Previously an Executive Account Manager and business owner, currently working in the BC film industry. I’m very clean, live a healthy lifestyle, non-smoker, cat owner.

Looking to share a 2br place around $4,000 (personal budget $2,000) with a move in date of July 1.

I work long hours, so a quiet place is a must, not near loud roadways or high traffic. Cat friendly. No drinking, no partying.

I’m looking for a spacious place with a large balcony, lots of natural light that is roomy with in-suite laundry. Parking and storage needed. No basement suites.

On weekends I like to stay active: golf, paddle-board, travel in the winter.
