Move-In date: The earliest would be the 3rd week of June as my lease is up at the end of that month.

I work on a 7 on 7 off rotation, so I would be away 14 days of the month. Since I am flying in & out of EIA bi-monthly, I prefer University or Bonnie Doon that is on or close to the LRT or Century Park.

I am a mature, quiet and tidy 61 year old male. People within my sphere would describe me as having positive energy, fun to be with, friendly and considerate. I am a non-smoker, enjoys the outdoors, cross country skiing, hiking, traveling and while inside a boardgame/cards or a good movie
