Hello, I am looking for a room in North York, or Markham. Move in date would be September 1st, 2026. I would like to have a 3 months lease to start, that could be extended. I am neat, and quiet, and will be working from home. I have proof of income, and no credit issues. I need a clean and financially responsible roommate/roommies. Pets: ( Love cats, ok with rodents or birds but nothing else pet wise).
