Hi there! I am looking for a roomie and I already have a place. Its a condo in yonge street and North york Centre. Its available this February and will be furnished. Theres two rooms. If its for a single person then its $1450. If its for sharing, the rent is $650. This includes all utilities and internet. This will also be furnished as necessary. Bloor-yonge is only 24mins away.
