I have 10+ years of excellent rental history in Canada, with consistently on-time rent payments, including long-term stays in Vancouver, Victoria and Winnipeg.

I am quiet, clean, respectful, non-smoker, non-drinker, no parties, no pets, no children and no regular guests. I enjoy cooking and value a peaceful home.

Currently between jobs and actively looking for work, but I have sufficient savings to cover at least 6 months of expenses and can provide proof of funds and landlord references.

✈️ I arrive in Vancouver around 12 PM on November 2 and need to arrange the room before arrival. I can finalize remotely after receiving photos/video, details and a rental agreement.
