Hope these early spring days and nights 🌙 are finding you well! I’m currently looking for a place starting this May 1st –
Very quiet, clean friendly, youthful and and non-smoking, and have many years of experience sharing space as well as renting to others as the sole lease-holder of a two-bedroom in Vancouver.
Ideally looking for a really quiet space in a beautiful house with my own either half or full-bathroom, but can also share.

Also looking for somewhere fragrance free with natural / unscented cleaning and household products. And can cover any up front replacement costs as well as subsidize any extra costs going forward, as well as do something extra to thank you.
I am from Toronto (central city) originally, and lived out West for a long time, and have done stints in Montréal and now Ottawa : )
Also a great house and cat-sitter with lots of experience on the offchance anyone is in need of one!
