I don’t have much furniture to move, but have a number of personal belongings, some should end up in storage. I’m open to write a shared agreement to guarantee mutual respect and co-operation.

I’m a senior female looking for a secure home I could have for a few years. I get Canada Pension, and $1,000/month is a pretty good rent, but I may go higher depending on variables. HAVING A BATHTUB IS IMPORTANT FOR MY PHYSICAL HEALTH.

I also want to get away from living in downtown Toronto. I have no car, no pets, no kids, no ex/spouse, I don’t smoke (except the odd 420), and I’m an infrequent drinker, usually with food. I rarely have visitors. I used to have a car and still have a license. I’m very supportive of minorities and people with ‘alternate lifestyles.’

****If you plan to move away from a bachelor or one bedroom unit in an apartment building, I would be very interested taking over your lease.
