Looking for July 1st move in. I am a 23 year old student at York. I am friendly, social, clean and always respectful person to live with. I don’t have any pets and I work part time as a barista. I am a very clean, mindful and friendly person. I like to go out sometimes but also like quiet time. I am weed friendly just not inside. Prefer no cigarettes. I’m sensitive to strong cooking smells, so I’d prefer someone who doesn’t do heavy frying or strong spices, and is okay using ventilation. I value cleanliness heavily.
