37 year old fairly young at heart man. Single with a cat, he’s my special guy, most important thing to me.

I am very clean and really appreciate tidiness, utilising space well etc. I don’t have a tonne of stuff. Just King Bed and a few bits. Toys wise just my 2 snowboards, nothing major.

Economical use of energy such as smart shower length, turning lights off, being mindful of central heating use and the use of the washer and dryer are standard practices of mine. I value the household saving money and reducing impact.

I’m super down for house-group activities and the whole sharing thing if thats your jam, or if the house is more of a people keep to themselves thing I can blend in and fit in any which way so no issues with assimilating into your house-culture so to speak :)

In terms of what It would be like living with me, Ive been spending a lot of time a lone lately. Mostly chilling in my room with my cat so its fair to say I am a mostly quiet guy but I can be quite lively and energetic at times (like if i’m excited, i can be a bit excitable at times.) Im passionate about things, love a laugh, intellectual discussion, competition (big sports guy, enjoy head-to-head gaming, love to sing sometimes etc. Im not a run of the mill guy, not boring, 100% non-wierdo, totally and utterly based man here.

I don’t have a large or active social circle (former Whistler-ite, lost my place, had to move just over a year ago and ‘classic’ most people/connections have gone separate ways, end of visa’s, covid etc,) The means living with me doesn’t mean a bunch of new people visiting your house. Further more I’m not currently and I am in no-rush to date so you wont be getting a package deal kinda thing lol. Not seeing anyone etc, not going to be bringing people home (hopefully one day) but not soon.

My cat is an indoor-only cat. He is the cutest little guy and DOE NOT SMELL like legit, very tidy with his litter box (so am I - that would be in my room anyway) he is super clean and he’s a small short-hair guy. Very friendly, pretty quirky. He’s a funny guy super cute with lots of personality.

I currently work as a delivery driver and am exploring other work right now so Ill probably have a new job soon (will update this profile accordingly)
