Budget is preferably around $1000 inclusive with electricity and fast internet or lower without, though we can discuss options. Looking for something in the North/West/NW part of Edmonton. Don’t care about gender though would prefer people around my age, 19-29 years old. Not a clean freak but I do like things reasonably clean/tidy in shared spaces. Also would prefer to have my own washroom but don’t mind sharing if the washroom is big and things are kept clean there.
