My name is fadié, and I have a keen interest in renting a room located near to york university, currently living in east durham. From the first of january, I will be studying my 5th semester in bcom at york, and since classes are in person now I am looking for new home because of the nearby amenities, and the relatively short commute comparing to my commute from east durham. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a peaceful place.
