I’m 58, I am a full time student again with six months left in my course in Calgary. Online student requiring private lodging with bed, desk, work table, chair, dresser in room so courses can be done online quietly in my room in the evenings. Looking for a place where I can be able to sit quietly or socially in the days when not studying for tests exams. I want a place with open minded similar mature any gender friendly warm open. A bathtub is a essential in suite, fireplace, access to outdoor space and sunshine.
