I am a mature university student looking for a quiet laid back place to live where I can study in peace. I am very introverted and keep to myself. I’ll be in my room/space studying all day everyday. I only leave the house for school and errands, as well as work in the summer time.

Although I LOVE dogs, I prefer a place with no dogs at this time as I’ve stayed at a house with two unsupervised and undisciplined very loud dogs, as well as neighbors with 5 loud dogs. So I definitely need a change from that.

I have little to no social life aside from the occasional family friend or study buddy coming over. The company I have over is very minimal to none.

I am open to adopting a cat, so a cat friendly place is a bonus, but not necessary.
