Divorced and Semi Retired, I am wanting to move to the Kanata area and looking to find a SINGLE roommate who is interested in sharing a two or three bedroom condo or house. Costs for the home would be shared including heat, hydro, insurance, internet and any other applicable expenses which would be agreed too prior to moving in. Must have a budget of $1300 per month. including first and last months rent will be required. Must be clean and quiet - ideally a single professional or University student.
