My name’s Becca. I think I’d make a good roommate because I clean up after myself. Personally, I don’t drink or smoke or do any drugs ( but i dont cast judgment on those who do, cause thats not my business lol.) I’m an ambivert. So, I’m outgoing but mostly love being by myself. I love to clean. So I dont mind doing the deep cleaning around the house. But cleaning up after yourself is a MUST for me. If I’m not working, out running errands or cleaning, I’m mostly in my room. I consider my living space my safe space. Would prefer a roomate who doesnt frequently has guests over, as I dont. Every once in a while is completely fine as long as its communicated.

*ideal move in Date would be June 1st, 2026. *would prefer to stay in Richmond. But Marine drive/Marpole is fine too.

• ideal budget is 1000 and under. Willing to go abit above for the right space.
• no pets please. Unless its a fish or similar and kept in your room
• No couples sorry. *private room only.

My ideal roommate would be: -Someone who is considerate, respectful, thoughtful, respects boundaries -communicates (communication Is important to prevent misunderstandings)

• doesnt smoke/do drugs inside the house
