Hi future roomies! I’m Kelley and I work FT and dedicated to saving some $$$ . Am a 45 year old professional, easy to get along with, live a decently active and healthy lifestyle (ex. I don’t own a TV and always on the go doing something on my off time). Recently moved from Victoria BC and enjoying big city life again.

Here’s my wish list.

Neighbourhoods: Fairview. Mount Pleasant. Shaughnessy, Kitsilano and/or Marpole.
Near transit. Unfurnished or furnished. No cats or strong scents (ex. incense/ fabreeze). Clean and smoke free home. Garden to grow veggies & of course…. Good roomies.

I’m flexible on move-in date as I’d prefer a good fit for longer term options (one year Seeking folks to live with who have similar values to myself. I value honesty, cleanliness, reliability (ex. pay bills on time), clear and direct communication and easy-going attitudes.

I cook simple nutritious meals and welcome the idea of cooking for the household on Sundays (my day off if I’m home). Happy to pitch in for chores and I am a handy-person so I can fix and build stuff. I’m a friendly people person and welcome a social here and there.
