Hi future roomies! I’m Kelley and I work FT and dedicated to saving some $$$ . I also am taking PT studies online for a Sustainability degree. Am a 45 year old professional, easy to get along with and live a decently active and healthy lifestyle.

Here’s my wish list. Neighbourhoods: Fairview. Mount Pleasant. Shaughnessy, Kitsilano and/or Marpole.
Near transit, but have parking (I drive a minivan!) Quiet civilized household Unfurnished or furnished. No cats or strong scents (ex. incense/ fabreeze makes my allergies nutzoid). Clean and smoke free home. Garden to grow veggies & Most importantly!! Good roomies.

I’m flexible on move-in date as I’d prefer a good fit for longer term options (one year?).

Seeking folks to live with who have similar values to myself. I value honesty, clear and direct communication style, cleanliness and reliability (ex. pay bills on time, do what you say you’re going to do) and flexible easy-going attitudes on the regular (low or no drama).

I cook simple nutritious meals and welcome the idea of cooking for the household on Sundays if folks want to pitch in for ingredients. Happy to help with chores (or you can pay me to do all the cleaning ;+). I am a handy-person so I can fix and build stuff. I’m a friendly people person and welcome a social here and there.
