I am a single woman who has travelled extensively I have a son in university. I would prefer a female who is fairly quiet, independent and respectful. I have a small dog who is 15 and has no teeth he is very loving and loves company. I work a lot so it would be great to have a student who is at home at night. They benefit because it’s like living in a small house close to grouse mountain and Delbrook community centre. I’m very quiet + considerate and love to find a comparable roommate by June/july 2026
