I’m a traditional Christian and a conservative, I would like my roommate(s) to also be Christian & conservative. I’m born & raised In Toronto. I do not drink or smoke and don’t care if others do.

I’m an introvert, quiet to the point where nobody knows if I’m home or not, I just enjoy solace in the solitude hence, I’m not a fan of tumultuous environments or people. On the flip side I do enjoy socializing & kicking back with people I live with from time to time. I’m a homebody and just like staying indoors but can also enjoy a night out once in awhile. I’m very proactive when it comes to maintaining cleanliness in common areas, I’m considerate of others, respectful of others & would expect the same in a roommate(s). Because I’m introverted, single and enjoy staying home, I won’t be bringing any guests, I don’t care if roommates do as long as their guests are mindful of others.

I love to cook, I read & research a lot in my spare time, I enjoy soaking up knowledge. I graduated law school awhile back, day trade for a living & am financially stable. I do have plans to move to Alberta sometime in 2028 as I will have a position at a full service law ready for me by then & therefore, I would like a 12 month lease where ever it is I decide to move to. Also I have my own furniture and am not interested in furnished rooms.

I’m open to considering all areas of the GTA to move to and am flexible on a moving date, anytime after January 2027. For those looking for a roommate, it’s essential we get along and are on the same page. For those offering a room, it’s imperative I meet potential roommates.

Side note: my pet peeves are doors not being gently/quietly shut.
