Hey, I’m Mariia. Looking for a room in Calgary starting August 1. Budget is $600/month with utilities, max I can do is $700. Planning to stay 1–2 months for now, but if I find a steady job, I’d love to stay long-term. I pay month to month.

I’m from Ukraine. I currently do some content creation work, but it’s not enough to fully support myself yet, so I’m actively looking for a part-time or full-time job. I often work from home, so having personal space is important. At the same time, I’m friendly, love a good chat or coffee. I’m tidy, calm, and respect personal boundaries.

I don’t drink or use anything. I don’t have pets, but I’m fine if you do. I also get along great with kids.

Ideally would love to live with another girl, but I’ve had great experiences living with respectful guys too — what matters most is mutual respect and a peaceful space.
