I am a single-mom looking for an appropriate space for myself and my 5y.o. If the home is right in all other ways, I would be able to share the bedroom but ideally we would want 2 bedrooms for us. We enjoy a fairly regular school-based schedule and come with a super-cute overweight cat.

We have done work-trades and have lived mostly on the West Coast, I am familiar and comfortable with garden cottages and trailers, though finding them year-round around here has proven to be difficult. I would adore some space on a farmstead!

My cat is wonderful with children, and I think it would be cool to have a housemate that also had children around. I take very good care of my pet, he gets along with dogs and most cats. I use cedar pellets for the litter, and I clean it everyday so it doesn’t smell at all (I know that sounds far-fetched but I’m sensitive to smells, so this detail is important to me).

In conclusion, I am a crafter and gardener who would love to share some time and space with other mindful and fiscally considerate people! It takes a village, and I’m still looking for mine.
