I am working professional with a BSc in Animal Biology (Guelph University), and diploma in Computer Programming (Sheridan College). I like to keep to myself most of the time, but I would enjoy living with roommates that like to hang out. I used to live in a shared house where my roommates and I would play board games, video games, and drink. I would love a house like that again but it’s not necessary. I do have 3, well behaved, large breed dogs. Due to this, I would like to live in a house that LIKES DOGS, has no other dogs in the house (ideally), and no cats.

I am looking for a BASMEMENT, with these MUST HAVES:

• Pet/Dog friendly
• Enclosed backyard
• Laundry on-site
• At least 1 parking spot available
• A/C and heating that works
• Ideally within $1400-$1600, utilities included

• BONUS IF NEAR the Hanlon Creek Park or another park/trail
