Hey I’m Eve or Evelynn, i have a behaved cat who is super friendly he will stay in my room only!(he prefers that tbh he got separation anxiety) I’m also a keep to myself type of person, sometimes i will have a guests over (Male or even female) im human 😅🤣

UPDATE I FOUND A JOB YAYY downside its part time but im still getting like over 30 hrs so yay, that will def change after probatiion, ill prob get more! Anyways with that being said, my budget is like max 1k but i rather only be spending like 800-850 cause i got other stuff i gotta pay, also i really dont got first and last, so if u can do without that just know your amazing AND I hope both sides of ur pillow is warm ✨️ and that ill always pay rent on time sometimes early too and im very much a clean freak so sharing a kitchen is no issue! Ill even tend to by stuff for the common areas! 😅 im just a girl anyways if that all sounds fine, shoot me a message *i wish I could afford first and last all at once but I just got this job and i need to move out ASAP closer to work! (DUFFERIN AREA) but anywhere in Toronto works i guess haha 😄 as long as its closer!!! the commute is getting expensive all the way from oshawa 😅😭 also I cant do no “credit check” 1- its silly for a room for rent and 2- cause im also trying to pay off debt right now since i wasn’t able to find a job in 2 years economy sucks im basically just trying to get back on my feet! Hope you guys understand!

ALSO - If I dont reply its cause either A- Ur a creepy old dude trying to be a roomie with a 28 yr old when ur like pushing 50 😭🤮 or B- we prob aren’t a good fit! Or the room isnt my type !
