Looking for January 2026 and need until September 2026 at least!

I’m starting school at Humber (North Campus) in January 2026, but I’d love to live somewhere a little closer to downtown Toronto as I have a car and don’t mind driving a bit. My budget is $900/month, might be flexible for the right roommates/living situation.

Hi! I’m a clean and friendly person looking to team up with a likeminded person/people :) I will be bringing my kitty with me (she can be shy but is sweet). I’m pretty social and love going out to new events/trying out stuff when I’m not at school. I am a musician, but will be respectful of people’s work and sleep schedules. I’m down for hanging out or leaving you alone (whatever works for you) but I would ideally like to be friends with my roomie/roomies because I think it would be more enjoyable that way!

I’m an open communicator and would live best with someone who is also good at communicating so we don’t get into misunderstandings and we can work through anything that may come up.

I have a car so I will need to find somewhere either with parking or parking nearby. Though I personally don’t drink or smoke I’m totally fine with whatever you do as long as smoking isn’t inside :)
