I’m starting school in September 2026 just outside of Toronto but I want to live closer to downtown Toronto as because I want somewhere walkable. My budget is $800/month, but is slightly flexible, I’m hoping to find 1-2 people to share a house with. Hi! I’m a clean and friendly person looking to team up with a likeminded person/people (females only)! I will be bringing my kitty with me -she can be shy but is sweet. I’m pretty social and love going out to new events/trying out stuff when I’m not at school but also need space to study and recharge after a long day. I am a musician, but will be respectful of people’s work and sleep schedules. I’m down for hanging out or leaving you alone (whatever works for you) but I would ideally like to be friends with my roomies because I think it would be more enjoyable that way!

I’m an open communicator and would live best with people who are also good at communicating so we don’t get into misunderstandings and we can work through anything that may come up. I don’t drink or smoke but I’m fine if you as long as smoking isn’t inside :)

What I’m looking for in an apartment:

• in-building gym (if possible, or at least one nearby)
• balcony
• close to public transit

• I know this will be hard to find, so I figure teaming up with people would probably be the best way to go!
