I’m hoping to find 1-2 other people to share a place with that we can make our own :) ideally I’d like to be friends with whoever I live with because I think it would make it easier, but as long as we get along that’s fine!

A bit about me:

• I’m very social and friendly!
• I am a digital artist and musician (Iwill be respectful of other people’s sleep/work schedules)
• I cook almost all my meals at home, so I use the kitchen a lot (but will sometimes make you food)!
• I don’t smoke and rarely drink
• I like to go to the gym, walk around the city, and explore new things/places
• I have a precious litter-trained cat named Mimi who will be coming with me

What I’m looking for:

• female roommates only
• I’m fine if you smoke as long as it’s not in the apartment
• good communication: as people living together we’re going to have issues come up, but as long as we can work through them like adults we’ll be good!
• I want all roomies to be able to have friends over when we want (with consent from other roommate(s))

What I’m looking for ~ in an apartment:

• good walkability
• ideally a parking space for my car but that can be hard to find, so not a dealbreaker
• a balcony or some sort of outside space
