Hi, my name is Alyssa. I work through embers staffing solutions and I am a student training through sources. I’m currently on PWD(disability)as I have an anxiety disorder and FAS, add onto the list I have gallstones I’m looking to get surgery for very soon here.
I am looking to move into a place by Jan 15 or the 1st February I am hoping to find a place I can rent for a year or so as I save up and secure what I need for my career.
Till then I will be paid a supplemental amount so I can afford to explore my options without stressing financially I don’t drink or smoke or do drugs. I don’t condone it at all with my friends/ family. I don’t have a full driver’s license yet but I have an e scooter and bicycle, though I am very good with transit. I can keep my car at my mom’s for now.
Around the house I am very cautious. I don’t ever want to invade space but I’m always happy to help. I’m very handy to have in the house as I like fixing things and am familiar with household duties and enjoy baking and cooking. I hope to do a meal prep with friends(roommates are welcome) where we go in on ingredients. I’m a nut for hello fresh and chefs plate too. Such delicious recipes. I feel fulfilled when I’m able to cook and eat healthy balanced meals and live an active life. Not one to order out too much. I will clean up after myself though if I see there’s a mutual respect, I’m more than happy to occasionally help my roommate(s) if they need a little help if they’re having a mental health rain check or emergency. I love animals and going out. I love finding new hobbies and I am always down to try new projects or hobby ideas.
Ps. I’m fully capable of being more distant and can give you space. I feel like In order to be roomies, there must be a certain comfort level and understanding of mental health barriers. No one’s perfect and I never want to make you feel like you can’t be present in your emotions. I will never judge and I hope for the same respect.
