Hey everyone,

Have been out of Canada for a few months visiting family back home, but due to fly back March 5th, looking to somewhere to move into straight away if possible.

Looking for Downtown, West End, Olympic Village, English Bay areas.

I’m 30, non smoker, work full time in the nonprofit industry as a fundraising consultant, and can provide references. Clean, always happy to be social but not looking for a party house (nearly 31, can’t hack it anymore haha), and ideally only sharing with a couple of others. I spend most of the day time working, sometimes from home but during the warmer months I’m mostly office based, happy to work from my bedroom though so I don’t need a specific space. In the evenings I’m either training at the gym or out with friends.
