I’m a quiet, clean and responsible working professional and have been with the same employer for approximately 7 years. I’m looking for a stable, long-term home and potential room mates that would like to search together and increase our budget and maybe find a nicer place. I take very good care of where I live. I’m not a party person and have a quiet lifestyle. But I’m completely open and comfortable with other people’s lifestyles, I don’t judge at all. 🐾 I do have one dog: an 11-year-old spayed female pitbull mix. She’s house-trained, well-trained, quiet and has never damaged a rental or had an accident indoors. She isn’t comfortable around other dogs, so it would take more time and patience to introduce her to another dog, but is possible, but prefer no other dogs. I’m a responsible pet owner and would be happy to provide excellent references for her. What I’m looking for: 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom or roommates to split a bigger space. $1,200/month maximum including utilities (ideally closer to $1,000) Long-term rental Unfurnished Laundry, preferably in-suite or private Dog-friendly October 15- November 1 move-in Reasonably accessible by walking/transit, as I don’t drive I can provide landlord, employer and personal references and am happy to answer questions or provide additional information.
