Hello, possible future roomies! My name is Thane, I am casually looking at the possibility of teaming up on a place with someone, or maybe even a few people. I do not have any preferences in gender but I am looking for specifics in other areas.

Just to break it down quickly. -No Parties -No Drugs -Clean & Respectful -Open Communicators Up around 5-7 am every day (Don’t worry I am not making smoothies) In bed around 8 pm every day I sometimes work a bit later on a project and I will be home a bit later but then I will just head right to bed. I am easygoing, and I would prefer to find a place that has the same general vibe. Really looking for a place that is more of a sanctuary for studying, working, resting, and relaxing.
