Hello.

Ideally I would stay where I’m at but I’m tired of my roommate being so messy and my landlord will likely sell soon.

I’m looking for something within 5 to 10 minutes of the intersection of scott rd and nordel, as it is close to my son, my work, and my gym.

I am an easy going guy, clean, respectful, responsible, quiet. I don’t smoke, don’t drink much, don’t party. Friends over would be rare and quiet. my son (15) visits me a couple times a week but we mostly just watch tv.

My life is basically go to work, go to the gym, and play video games while exercising. So yeah, won’t hear much from me.

Like I said, ideally I’d stay where I’m at but I’m lookin for options.

I don’t care about your race, religion, sexuality, etc. I just ask that you be a respectful, decent person that’s clean and pays rent and utilities on time.
