I would like to find a compatible roommate to team up with to find a large 2 or 3 bedroom apartment or house. Can also move in with established compatible roommate. Come with references and income statements. Retired teacher. Vaccinated. I am organized, neat and tidy, healthy, no debts. Can cook somewhat. Healthy eater. Occasional IPA beer. Have some furniture including spare single bed, dining, kitchen supplies and table. Not committed to my furniture. Small ‘L’ liberal. Looking for bike storage. Need parking. Bit of a talker on social issues but no when to stop. Not much for TV. Non-smoking of any kind inside. Edibles are non of my business, nor is your sexuality. No pets if in an apartment. If it’s a house i am happy to take your dog for a walk and pick up after. I don’t even mind helping keep the cat litter clean if it’s away from common areas in a house.
